Q. I added some items to my cart but now it's empty, what happened?
A.This site does not store cookies. If you left this site without completing the transaction your cart is automatically emptied.

Q. I left this site and my cart was emptied, now I can't find the items I wanted, where are they?
A. Any items from emptied carts are returned to stock after a short time delay.

Q. I want to add more copies of the same item, I've clicked on the up arrow but nothing happens?
A. You have added all available copies already, the cart will not accept higher amounts than what we have in stock.

Q. What currency are your prices in?
A. All prices are in US Dollars ($).

Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. They are the same as our eBay store, $2.00 for the first item and 10c for each item after that to anywhere worldwide.

Q. When will you ship my order?
A. The next business day by first class mail or regular air mail.

Q. Can I combine the items I want to buy with items from your eBay store?
A. Not at the moment.

Q. What if you can't complete my order?
A. Hopefully this won't happen, but in the event it does, you will receive a refund through Paypal for the price of the missing item plus the percentage of the postage.

Q. Why aren't UK team set singles listed under the UK heading for example?
A. We have grouped all team set singles under the Team Set Singles heading whether they are North American, British, German etc.

Q. Can I pay by another method other than Paypal?
A. Sorry no, Paypal only please.
